Damien from Spectrum Ecology has given me the lowdown on the Gidgegannup Bakery if you are ever in WA. It’s 45-minutes east of Perth and has a range of delicious sweet items including, according to Damien, a vanilla slice equal of the Bridgewater Bakery in central Victoria.
Now that is a big ask, Bridgewater won the 2018 title for the best vanilla slice in Australia!
