The Hampden Hotel in Camperdown has the standard pub fare.
The salad was the best part of the meal. The Schnitzel was deep fried not pan cooked and over done. The gravy was applied to thick and lacked flavour. The batter on my sons fish was to thick. A poor fish to batter ratio he told me.
I recommend Maddens Restaurant at the Commercial Hotel. You will pay a few dollars more but the quality is better and there is a greater range on the menu.
